Return policy

All returns require an authorization code (RA#). We cannot accept returns without an RA#. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, please contact us at info@GotToddy.com with the details, and to request an RA#. We must be notified within 30 days of purchase.  At the time that we supply the RA#, we will also provide all the details for the procedure to follow for the return, including the address to ship the return to.

All returns must be sent prepaid within 30 days of the date received. No collect shipments will be accepted. To protect yourself against loss or damage in shipping returns, we recommend that you insure the product(s) for the full value. 

In the event that your shipment is damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt for a resolution.
